7 Steps to get started with your HEALING SAUNA:

1. Grab some towels, 2-3 towels, and a hand towel to go around your neck; you can also get a washable cotton rug to place on your sauna floor to catch the sweat.
2. Cover your sauna floor with a large towel or a washable cotton floor mat.
3. Cover your chair with a Towel to gather all your sweat.
4. Place the Gym towel around your neck for comfort and cleanliness. You can use this to wipe your face and collect sweat.
5. Remember to drink 32 oz of pure, clean water before your sauna. Distilled water, spring water, or purified structured alkaline water always best to drink out of glass... Best to avoid plastic water bottles.
6. Take 2 Electrolytes before and After.
7. Start your sauna with 12-15 mins and working your way up to 30. If you get too hot, unzip, and then start again.

It’s best to use a sauna on an empty stomach or very light food. Follow with a cold shower or an Ice bath for 2-5 mins of cold emersion.

Maintenance is easy. Simply use a slightly damp cloth to wipe the radiators and the interior of the sauna cover. The footpad between the two radiators can be removed and washed if necessary.

Because the titanium oxide-coated ceramic semiconductors are naturally anti-bacterial, all you need to do is switch the sauna on for 2 ~ 5 minutes after use each time to help remove any unpleasant smells.

(Do not attempt to clean the sauna with any strong cleaning agents.)

The difference is the purity and intensity of the far infrared rays generated in the sauna. Imitation saunas look like the Healing Sauna but you will instantly feel the difference if you try each of them.

What is EMF?
EMF are Electromagnetic frequencies created anytime there is electric current. All electronic devices have some level of EMF, the key is knowing what is harmful EMF and what is not. The key is the type, intensity, proximity and duration of exposure.
